How can rioters be banned from social media?

Unfortunately Cameron's statement to the House of Commons failed to answer those questions. He simply focused on the apparent link between social media and the London riots — and that it must be severed somehow.

In all fairness, he did imply that there are no actual plans to ban people from social media yet and instead pointed out that authorities are still determining whether such a move would be "right" and just:

[E]veryone watching these horrific actions will be stuck by how they were organised via social media.

Free flow of information can be used for good. But it can also be used for ill.

And when people are using social media for violence we need to stop them.

So we are working with the Police, the intelligence services and industry to look at whether it would be right to stop people communicating via these websites and services when we know they are plotting violence, disorder and criminality.

Now what happens if those authorities determine that it would be "right" to stop people from communicating via social media services? How would they cut those individuals off?

As far as we can tell, there are three key approaches which could be used: individual bans achieved through cooperation with the social media services in question, filtering of certain social media sites by Internet service providers or a large-scale shutdown of an entire area's Internet service.

Here's the kicker though: Each of those three approaches is flawed and can easily be circumvented by someone determined to cause trouble.

Individual bans

If we assume that Prime Minister Cameron is merely interested in stopping those who are suspected of criminal activity from using social media services rather than making large groups of innocent people suffer as well, we'd imagine that he'd seek out a way to just ban those very specific people from their communication channels of choice. 

But this seems like an incredibly unlikely and difficult to manage approach. After all, the British government would need the cooperation of every social media service it wishes to ban people from and a way to clearly identify those particular individuals and their corresponding social media accounts. The sheer difficulty of getting all those pieces in place makes it highly unlikely that such an approach would be taken.

Clerical Jobs With A Temp Agency

When looking for a job a temp agency just may be the best option. Some temp agencies will allow you to work through them and later be hired with a company. Other temp agencies have you sign an agreement stating you will not apply for employment with a specific company as long as you are working with them.

The employment services help place people in all types of jobs. Some work in clerical, administrative and industrial jobs. There is always a need for people to work in these fields. Many times there are more jobs than their are people looking for work. There are other types of agencies that work with other licensed trained professionals.

For people needing to make money fast going through employment agencies is quick and easy. Many times getting hired through a company can be difficult. This is because many people may apply and be qualified for the same position.

When a person works with placement agencies they get paid through their contracted company. The companies that employ the agency pays them and the agency is responsible for making sure their employees get paid. Many times employees may or may not receive benefits, it just depends on the type of permanent recruitment.

Some people are perfectly happy working through contractors, while others seek something more permanent. It just depends on the person and what they are looking for. Those with families may consider not taking these types of jobs because it may not benefit them in the long wrong.

One of the best benefits to working a temporary job is if you are not happy, you can always find some other job. If it does not work out for you, you are not obligated to stay. You can terminate your employment and find something that is more suitable for you. Be sure to give enough notice and always leave on good terms just in case you have to return to the location. You also may need to use the company as a reference. They are considered real employment companies and will give out good references if you are a reliable employee while working with them.

Some people work at more than one temp job site. It is perfectly legal to do so. They may be employed with one agency during the day and employed with another one during the night. This is done to supplement the income that they are not receiving from the first. When working temporary there are some chances that you may make some fast good money, but most often you should not count on it. These agencies usually like to just pay their workers a small fee and they take their cut for sending workers out to the job site.
